• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use the Extension and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Extension for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit, upload, or transmit any content that infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Extension, accounts, or systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Extension.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Extension.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Extension in a manner that could impair its functionality.

• All intellectual property rights in the Extension, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Promeo.app.
• You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit or generate via the Extension. By using the Extension, you grant Promeo.app a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymized and aggregated versions of your prompts and outputs to improve and develop the Services.
• You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Extension or its content without our written permission.

• Some features of the Extension may require payment of fees, which will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
• All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment information.
• Subscription terms, renewal, and cancellation policies will be provided at the point of purchase.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with our refund policy or as required by law.

Your use of the Extension is subject to Promeo.app Browser Extension Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Extension, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, including compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws.

• The Extension and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
• Any content, information, or output generated by the Extension is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promeo.app and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Extension;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content made available via the Extension.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Promeo.app and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Extension, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to Promeo.app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website or within the Extension, with the effective date indicated at the top. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Extension shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Israel.

If you are a resident of the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, as described in our Privacy Policy.
